Taking Defencia Adult
Take one stick of SYMBIOSYS Defencia ADULT per day in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Take SYMBIOSYS Defencia ADULT for at least 4 weeks on a daily basis and continue as needed throughout the whole winter period. SYMBIOSYS Defencia ADULT should not replace a healthy lifestyle and a varied and balanced diet.

SYMBIOSYS Defencia ADULT is a food supplement. It is designed to complement a varied and balanced diet and comes in stick formulation. Each stick contains 6 billion bacteria of the three selected strains Bifidobacterium lactis BS01, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR04 and Lactobacillus plantarum LP02. In addition, it contains 12 mg of Vitamin C (15% of Reference Intake). It is gluten, lactose and allergen free.
SYMBIOSYS Defencia ADULT has been carefully formulated and contains the bacterial strains, Bifidobacterium lactis BS01, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR04 and Lactobacillus plantarum LP02. These strains are protected from stomach acid by a patented method of microencapsulation. These three bacterial species are recognized as safe by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority). In addition, it contains Vitamin C that contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
